  • Develop Master Schedules which include business simulations to improve business planning and decisions showing future workloads, bottlenecks, revenue forecasts and resource demands. These provide more leverage when integrated into a Sales & Operations Planning Process (S&OP) to create improved cross-functional planning and coordination. Examples.

  • Training and leading problem solving techniques that cut through the debate and get to the root cause(s).
