The Principal, Keith Bailey has had an extensive and diversified industry career as a Certified Chair, Board Advisor, CEO, GM, and Operations Manager within private and family businesses.
These roles have included working in start-ups, growing businesses and distressed businesses in private, listed and multinationals.
With over 17 years in CEO / GM roles with P&L responsibilities, and 10 years in operational roles, working in Australia and overseas, the knowledge gained and continuous application has been invaluable to deliver effective and sustainable solutions in multiple organisations.
Keith is an active practitioner in business transformation and reform and freely shares his extensive knowledge and experience gained to assist others - from the Business Owner, Board, Management through to the staff on the factory floor.
Having started from a trades background, Keith progressed through engineering, commercial projects to business management. In Keith's career, as he changed employers he swapped industries and through varying business cycles developed a unique breadth and depth of skills that are demonstrated in all activities. Keith is an active continuous learner and applies this knowledge in all aspects to help others and is effective in getting to the root cause and solving challenging and complex business issues.
Extensive international experience also includes setting up a greenfield telecommunications manufacturing site working in Suzhou China. This included project management of global product transfers, supplier selection and qualification and leading MRP implementation.
Keith has been actively involved in challenging turnarounds from 2005 - 2020 in full time or Interim CEO and GM roles and was the recipient of the 2010 Queensland Turnaround Professional of the Year by the Turnaround Management Association of Australia.
